Sorya (Sor-eye-ya) has a career spanning more than 20 years in performance marketing and marketing communications. At Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, she was responsible for brand strategy, public relations, media events, social media marketing, and email marketing globally, and she orchestrated the high-profile launch of the Four Seasons Private Jet. Previously, Sorya was Director of Marketing then VP of Public Relations and Corporate Giving at Indigo Books & Music Inc., where she worked with Heather Reisman to create the Indigo Love of Reading Foundation. She also headed up Marketing, Public Relations, and Social Campaigning at The Body Shop Canada. Sorya started her career as a journalist for Canadian Press in Montréal, and her passions include reading, food and beverage, scuba diving, and fishing.
